Preconception counseling

In home prenatal and postpartum care

Standard prenatal visit schedule (visits last ~ 1hr)

All labs/blood work 

Referrals for any ultrasounds needed 

Monitor maternal and fetal well being during active labor 

Support during delivery (water birth or bed, floor, hallway, toilet- wherever mom wishes to be!)

Immediate neonatal care

Immediate postpartum care (typically 2-4 hours post birth) 

Newborn and postpartum care up to 8 wks postpartum

any extra visits as needed for breastfeeding, postpartum, mental/emotional support

Hands on support with establishing and optimizing breastfeeding

Help with supply management

Supplementation support and options

Referrals as needed

Nutritional counseling 

Pap Smears

Blood work 

Breast exam 

STI testing

Routine physical exam
